Before You Begin
A short check-in with yourself
The course works best when it is approached with a little curiosity rather than an urgent need to fix something overnight. Consider these questions before starting, simply to notice your current relationship with the topic.
- Can you name one money behavior you repeat without quite knowing why?
- Are you willing to spend roughly twenty minutes a week writing honestly?
- Would you rather understand a pattern gradually than receive a quick fix?
- Are you in a stable enough place to explore family history without immediate crisis?
- Do you understand this is educational reflection, not therapy or financial advice?
What the First Week Looks Like
A gentle, structured entry point
The first week is intentionally light. It is designed to introduce the reflection format without demanding a large emotional commitment on day one.
- 1You receive the digital workbook and a short welcome guide explaining how to use it.
- 2Your first exercise is a five-minute writing prompt: your earliest memory involving money.
- 3You choose a consistent time of day, even ten minutes, to return to the workbook.
- 4You complete one small daily action, tracked on a simple printable sheet.

A Note on Expectations
What this course can, and cannot, promise
This program does not guarantee any particular outcome, and results vary depending on individual circumstances, consistency, and starting point. It is a structured educational tool, not a clinical treatment or a financial product.
Some participants notice a shift in awareness within the first week. Others find it takes longer, particularly with deeper patterns. Both are ordinary. The material is designed to be revisited rather than completed once and set aside.
